Leadership Macon Class of 2022 Announced The Greater Macon Chamber of Commerce is excited to announce the Leadership Macon Class of 2022! Leadership Macon, now in its 42nd year, is one of the longest-standing leadership programs of its kind in Central Georgia. It boasts an alumni group of over 1,600 professionals from all sectors of the Macon- Bibb business community. Leadership Macon Celebrates 2019 Graduation

Leadership Macon provides training and community orientation to individuals seeking to become more involved in the growth and development of Macon-Bibb County. The year-long program introduces a class of upcoming influencers to the strengths and challenges in Macon-Bibb County. The 2019 Class graduated on November 12, 2019. They celebrated their accomplishments, reflected on experiences, and gained important leadership advice from Dr. Kirby Godsey, Chancellor of Mercer. Class speakers included Ansley Booker and Walter Stafford. Classmates got a first-hand look into the community’s healthcare facilities and education system. They observed local government leaders and developed a better understanding of ongoing community initiatives.
